Good Friend

Ahhh... Good friends. Don't you just love 'em ? This card today is a tribute to all good friends in our lives.. I got this color combo idea out of our demonstrator only monthly magazine - "Stampin' Success" which we receive each month that is full of ideas and creativity, ask me more about this if you become a part of my team! It's something i regularly stalk my mailbox for at the end of each month. :)

Anyway, for my card, i used Not Quite Navy, Ruby Red, and Old Olive - all out of the Earth Elements color family.

I stamped my image from the "Good Friend set" as seen below, using the Not Quite Navy for the bird's body, the Ruby Red for his beak, and the Old Olive for his legs. I lined up all my stamps using my "Stamp a ma jig" - see pic below - This tool ROCKS for getting your image to line up! I will post a tutorial tomorrow on using this wonderful lil' tool!
